great tool this is! i keep preferring pans, as they get targetted more easyly then gators when you are attacking with lots of (different) troops. Unless you are shure base targets gators before other tanks. Gators are no option if you attack a base with commanches.. so best use enough pans for that

It should be noted that Gators become very handy when you don't have the group limit to make many divs of pans.

not sure if i have understand well your calculator, but how you can use gator as fodder if you attack base with HOW or S20 or any other unit wich have " base defence " as speciality ? other units will never get the focus of the base, i see when i attack with a mix ( HOW , S20, Pans, Comanche, Cobra ) the unit wich get focused mostly are HOW and Cobra all the dam time even if we keep move pans

Gaters used to be targeted by the base if they were the first units to enter the kill zone. That isn't the case now if base hitters are present. However, gator are still very useful when you want to clear a base of defensive units. They are great fodder and work well as long as you don't bring base hitters.
