F.A.V - Although such vehicles are not nationally specific, the model appears to be based on the DPV (Desert Patrol Vehicle) used by UK and American forces both in the Gulf. In game it's a crap cheap scout.
Humvee - High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle. US Origin with a wide variety of implementations, in the game it is little more than a scout or Apache hunter.
JLTV - Joint Light Tactical Vehicle. This is basically a high-end hummer with 2x the attack strenght and 5x the armor for almost 3x the cost.
SKOT Wheel Tank - These units are especially good for taking fire while performing a unit clearing at a base. SKOTs have 3x the armor of a panhard tank so will typically last three times as long taking fire. They also attack way better than panhards do out in the open and because of their 75 armor Altays have little effect on them.
APC - Armored Personnel Carrier. Used in game to capture a base after the defense is destroyed. The model looks closest to the Japanese Type 96 Model APC. But it is likely a generic design based on no specific real world vehicle.
Panhard AML - A French origin scout vehicle sporting a 90mm main gun. Used in the game as cannon fodder to distract enemy fire from bases. It does little damage to any target and isn't of much use in battle as anything other than a screen or cock block.
Centauro B1 - An Italian cheap fast tank destroyer. Used in game as a inexpensive general combat unit and is effective against other ground vehicles but useless against base defenses.
Rocket/Missile Wheel Tank - The model is likely based on the US M113 APC which can me mounted with various ordinance packages, including a small S.A.M (Surface to air) missile launcher. This is likely what the model is based on but it is not a real world exact unit in of it's self.
Mobile Patriot Launcher MIM-104 - A large truck like vehicle with an extending arm fixed on the rear. Originating in the USA. The name "Patriot" actually applies to the missile it's self and not the vehicle and it's launcher. In the game these are in essence the same as base defense turret. They are good against near enough everything but very vulnerable alone. They also can not deploy and fire if an enemy is within it's weapons range. This means it has to be set up defensibly and then enemy must then come to it.
Tank Destroyer - Jagdpanzer - The German Tank destroyers have many variants dating back from the second world war to the modern era so it's hard to pin it down as to which the model is based on. In game it can only fire from a stationary position (can not be moving) but causes excellent damage to other vehicles. This is an excellent unit to defend fixed positions and roads and is often overlooked. It is useless in any other role.
M1 Abrams - This USA main battle tank is a serious powerhouse bested perhaps only by the Leopard 2 line in raw combat scenario's. In the real world it is a staple of the US armed forces and is used in every theater. In the game however it is good but it's price in cost and MP is prohibitive making it unpopular and rarely of much use. A single squad of these in the game can easily be beaten by 50 Centauro which are massively cheaper. As a result Abrams are not often needed in the game.
Leopard 2A9 - The latest adaption of German Leopard 2 technology and in most situations is regarded as the worlds superior main battle tank in active service. Closely rivled by the US Abrams and UK "Charlie" The Leopard sports significantly higher impact damage and range and also boast superior electronics and armor. It is however in most cases slightly slower. In the game the tank is expensive but usful in the correct situation. Putting Leopards to work against light enemy targets such as Panhards and Centauro is waste of time. The Leopard is designed to crack enemy armored targets. This means enemy Howitzers, MLRS, M1 Abrams, Light Tanks etc. are very quickly obliterated by Leopards. Used in specific a way they can also be used as base killers but only within the confines of specific Imperium tactics.
Howitzer - The model doesn't seem to be based on any real world self propelled artillery piece I know of, it resembles the Japanese type 75. In game these are base killers although used at range they're not actually bad main battle tanks in a pinch if needed.
M.L.R.S M270 (Multiple Launch Rocket System) This is a USA origin Anti-Air monster. This thing is rape in game but kind of expensive. Having a range of 12 it can snipe most other units in the game. It is well armored so only Leopards can quickly crack their shells. They're the games ultimate support unit being super effective against helicopters and planes and also mildly useful against everything else. Their only down side is cost, both resources and MP. Sadly it is possible for a pair of Apache squads which are cheaper than one MLRS squad to fly up into range and destroy all of your MLRS units. This means although they are super effective against helicopters they can still be easily defeated by what it is they are supposed to counter. Care is in order when using these units on the field to keep at maximum range and with support units.
Pantsir S-2 - A large truck from Russia with either a missile package or 30mm guns. In the game it has missiles. In the game this is an AA unit designed to tackle planes and not helicopters. If the Pantsir is targeting a plane it gets a massive x3 range bonus. This increases the range from 10 to a redonkulous 30! As base defenses with Advanced missiles upgrade only have a range of 24. This means a Pantsir used correctly can sneak up on enemy air fields and other staging areas for planes then snipe them all out of the sky from well out of range.
Tansam - These units are the panstir answer for killing choppers. This unit was a game changer when first introduced. Before, you owned the air if you had a mess of tigers but not now.
Altay - The Turkish answer to the main battle tank. In game it is AMAZING at it's role. The Altay nicknamed "Ottoman Rape Cannon or ORC for short" due to it's Turkish origin is useless against bases, useless against big or armored targets such as Howitzers or MLRS. BUT, put one of these up against light enemy units such as Centauro, Missile Wheel Tanks and Panhards and the Altay will rip them to pieces in seconds. They are very role specific and also very overpriced meaning you will not see these often but when used correctly they are incredible.
Jammer - This weird Radar truck thing isn't based of a real vehicle. In the game it will create a black cloud with a range of 18 over your units. The point of these things is to hide what your doing. Bases also have local jammer towers which cost 50 Titanium to erect.
Type 99 / 90c - The Type 99 is the crappy Chinese copy of the Russian T-90c Tank for the peoples army. In game it is very fast, fairly good against every other ground unit but very lightly armored. These are excellent fast response vehicles. They are quite expensive so shouldn't be used as a main combat unit unless absolutely required. It was originally called the T-90c in the game so many veterans do still call it the 90c and not the Type 99.
PL-01X - This is based on the new Polish concept named the PL-01. It is a concept and not a real in service vehicle. In the game it is a "Stealth Tank" which to clarify does NOT make it invisible. Enemy players can see you clear as day. However unless they are manually targeted by a player or they stray too close to a detector vehicle or an enemy base with a detector tower they do not get fired upon unless you fire first. This means they can poke about and scout. They have almost no armor so are very easy to destroy but they do a huge amount of damage to their targets meaning sometimes if you can sneak up and ambush your target you can kill it quickly with minimal losses. In the game though they are mostly used as base killers and little else. They are quite expensive and painfully slow.
Detector - AKA Happy Bus - This thing detects the Stealth unis in the game allowing near by friendly units to fire on a cloaked target. The Happy bus in it's self armed with a light machine gun but for some reason it has a range of 12 (which is the same as an MLRS) meaning the detector is an epic sniper and in a large group can actually do some serious damage. Alone though, it will take a while to kill even a single Panhard. Happy buses are a lot of fun
MSTA S20 - A Russian Self propelled howitzer. In game it has a range of only 8 which isn't much good. However they have a special role and a bonus that makes it pretty neat in game. When they target an enemy base that is it's self shooting something the s20's range is doubled from 8 to 16. This means that if an enemy base is busy shooting some Panhards, you can move S20's into range 16 and snipe the base. Now the base has a range of 24 which means moving S20's in and out of range to keep them safe requires some practice. They are not rare but not common either as the skill to micromanage them is beyond most players ability causing them to constantly take losses of this expensive unit.
Extra Note: If an enemy base does not have Advanced Missiles then S20's can snipe safely without fear of ever being hit by the base and they will continue to snipe whilst the base is still actively firing on something. If/when a base is no longer shooting something, the S20's lose their range bonus.
Heavy Tank - The games attempt at creating a super tank. Nothing even remotely like it exist sin reality. It is overpriced, slow almost impossible to get a full squad of due to an outrageous cost of 250 MP EACH. These are built by people with ego's or no common sense. They do the same damage as the much cheaper Stealth Tank and Comanche's. They do however share the awesome range that the Happy Bus and MLRS enjoy, 12. Meaning the Heavy Tank can snipe but with a whopping 2500 DPS. This is it's only real redeeming feature.
